Jake Chervinsky, a lawyer, has been an excellent resource on crypto related regulation. You should follow Jake on Twitter.

Here is the deal, there is often a lot of misinformation about crypto regulations on social media. I don’t think this is because people are inherently bad, I think it is because people on social media who are into crypto don’t tend to be experts in the law.

Luckily Jake Chervinsky is on social media, and comments on crypto, and is an expert in the law. NOICE.

Thus and therefore you should follow him on Twitter and help to spread good and useful information across the internets so we can stop hearing about ETF approval dates that don’t exist and such.
